First Aid - Having Trouble Connecting or Receiving Results
Having Trouble Connecting to the Netowork (finding online users):
If you are unable to connect to the network and all you see in the status box is "Searching for online usersà" then it might be due to the following reasons:

  • You are using a "nasty" firewall and it doesn't allow URLBlaze to connect.
  • You are connected to the Internet using a proxy - URLBlaze cannot work behind a proxy.
  • Having Trouble Receiving Results:
    If you don't receive any results from the online users commuinty even for a simple search such as "ICQ",then it might be due to the following reasons:

  • You are behind a Private Network and didn't configure any port redirection. If this is the problem read the Network Problems section.
  • URLBlaze couldn't start its server. If this is the reason, then URLBlaze should have alerted you about the problem. Try changing the server's "Listening Port" or just restart the program.
